Objective To compare the clinical effect of absorbable clip and titanium clip. Methods 131 patients undergoing cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects, and all patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 67 patients, including 33 males and 34 females, with an average age of (47.8±5.1) years, were used to clamp the lumen with SmAIL absorbable clamp manufactured in China. In the control group, 64 patients (38 males and 26 females, mean (45.3±4.7) years old) were clamped with titanium clips. Intraoperative blood loss, lumen clamping time, length of hospital stay and incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss was (12.31±2.64) mL in the experimental group and (11.96±1.87)ml in the control group, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P >0.05). The lumen clamping time of the experimental group was (30.2±12.1)s, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (23.5+10.6)s. The average length of hospital stay of the experimental group was (4.2±2.3)d, and that of the control group was (6.5±2.2)d. The complication rate of the experimental group was 0, and that of the experimental group was 6.25%. The length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The absorbable clip can achieve the same hemostatic effect as the titanium clip, can shorten the lumen clamping time and hospital stay, and can reduce the incidence of complications, high safety, suitable for clinical promotion.

Absorbable Vascular Clips

1. Data and methods

1.1 Clinical Data

A total of 131 patients undergoing cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects, including 70 cases of gallbladder polyps, 32 cases of gallstone, 19 cases of chronic cholecystitis, and 10 cases of subacute cholecystitis.

All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of 67 patients, including 33 males, 34 females, average (47.8±5.1) years old, including 23 cases of gallbladder polyps, 19 cases of gallstone, 20 cases of chronic cholecystitis, 5 cases of subacute cholecystitis.

In the control group, there were 64 patients, including 38 males and 26 females, with an average age of (45.3±4.7) years, including 16 patients with gallbladder polyps, 20 patients with gallstones, 21 patients with chronic cholecystitis, and 7 patients with subacute cholecystitis.

1.2 methods

Patients in both groups underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and general anesthesia. The lumen of the experimental group was clamped with A SmAIL absorbable hemostatic ligation clip made in China, while the lumen of the control group was clamped with a titanium clip. Intraoperative blood loss, lumen clamping time, length of hospital stay and incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.

1.3 Statistical Treatment

SPSS16.0 statistical software was used to process the data. (' x± S ') was used to represent measurement, t was used to test, and the rate (%) was used to represent count data. X2 test was used between groups.
