Massage the anal edge with the anal lens to relax the sphincter; Then insert it slowly toward the umbilicus. When it passes through the anal canal, it changes to the sacral fossa and enters the ampulla of the rectum. Take out the core. After taking out, pay attention to whether there is blood stain on the core and the nature of the blood stain. If there is secretion in the rectum, wipe it with cotton ball on tweezers and then conduct detailed inspection; Check the color of mucosa, pay attention to whether there are ulcers, polyps, tumors and foreign bodies, then slowly pull out the anoscope, and pay attention to internal hemorrhoids, anal papilla, anal crypt or internal mouth of anal fistula at the tooth line.

1. Wear gloves or fingertips on your right hand and apply lubricating fluid. First, perform finger diagnosis around the anus to check whether there are masses, tenderness, warts and external hemorrhoids around the anus;
2. Test the tightness of the anal sphincter. In normal times, only one finger can be extended and the anal ring can be felt to contract. The anal ring can be touched behind the anal tube;
3. Check the anorectal wall for tenderness, fluctuation, mass and stenosis. When touching the mass, determine the size, shape, position, hardness and mobility;
4. The anterior wall of the rectum is 4-5cm from the anal margin. The prostate can be touched by men and the cervix can be touched by women. Do not mistake it as a pathological mass;
5. According to the requirements, double diagnostic examination shall be conducted when necessary;
6. After pulling out the finger, observe the finger cuff for blood or mucus.
Treatment of bacterial contamination of Single Use Anoscope with Light Source
Observe the number of bacteria on the surface of the anoscope in the standby state. With the increase of the use frequency and the extension of the use time of the disinfectant, the bacteriostatic effect of the anoscope is gradually weakened, and the pollution is also aggravated. The monitoring results showed that it was very obvious on the 5th to 7th day. Glutaraldehyde has been widely used in the disinfection and sterilization of medical devices due to its high efficiency and low toxicity. However, its disinfection effect is greatly affected by chemical properties, concentration, pH value and other factors. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the change of its sterilization effect by microbial monitoring method. The results showed that the use time of the disinfectant should be determined according to the number of instruments and the use frequency. For the frequently used disinfectant, it should be replaced regularly every 3-4 days, generally not more than 5 days, to ensure the disinfection effect of the disinfectant.
