Structure composition of disposable linear cutting stapler

The cutting component frame with the same length (scale) is divided into two specifications according to the different height of the matching nail of the installed components. Only the cutting component rack with the same structure series and the same length (scale) can be equipped with components with the same matching length and different nail height. The components are also divided into 12 types and specifications according to the structural series, anastomosis length and anastomosis nail height. The components can be produced separately, packaged, sterilized and inspected before leaving the factory, sold as a product unit and installed on the stapler suitable for the company. The stapler and components shall be sterile and disposable.

a) The general stapler body is composed of cone cap, nail butting seat, cutting component frame, guide block, lining rod, cutting knife, positioning shaft, shell, push button, locking rod, locking rod shell, etc; The assembly is composed of nail bin cover, nail bin, tissue positioning pin, anastomotic nail, push piece and firing fuse.
b) The improved stapler body is composed of a cone cap, a nail butting seat, a cutting component frame, a positioning shaft, a guide block, a shell, a push button, a separation button, a locking rod, a locking rod shell, etc; The component is composed of nail bin cover, cutting knife, firing safety, nail bin, anastomotic nail, push piece and push piece seat.
Scope of application: it is applicable to the creation of anastomosis and the closure of stump or incision in digestive tract reconstruction and other organ resection.
