3. Discuss
Laparoscopic surgery has become the best method for clinical treatment of various diseases due to its advantages of remarkable efficacy, small wound, high safety and fast recovery. Its application in the treatment of gallbladder diseases has also gained significant value and been recognized by clinicians and patients. However, the use of titanium clips to stop bleeding during surgery increases the risk of complications and affects its safety [3].
Absorbable hemostatic clamp to gather oxygen cyclohexanone or of two oxygen cyclohexanone - lactide copolymer as materials, is now commonly used in laparoscopic surgery hemostatic equipment, it has good hydrophilicity, so its and histocompatibility, better able to self absorption, thereby lowering the tubular tissue or other cavities in the human body tissue damage [4]. However, most of the absorbable hemostatic clamps used in clinical practice at the present stage are imported instruments, and there are few studies on domestic absorbable hemostatic clamps, which lack necessary data support for clinical promotion [5]. Therefore, this study has important clinical value.
The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in hemostatic effect between domestic absorbable hemostatic clip and titanium clip (P >0.05). In comparison of safety, the Chinese absorbable hemostatic clip was significantly better than the titanium clip (P<0.05). It is proved that the absorbable hemostatic clip made in China has significant value in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Although the setting of the study, surgical and hemostatic techniques need to be further improved, it does not affect its clinical guiding value. The medical staff participating in the study were randomly assigned, and there was no significant difference in their technical level and clinical experience. Methods of surgery, anesthesia, complication management and drug use were routinely formulated and performed to reduce the influence of these factors on the results of the study. Therefore, the data and conclusions of this study are scientific and valid.
In conclusion, the domestic absorbable hemostatic clip used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has advantages of good hemostatic effect and high safety, which is safe and feasible for clinical use and has specific promotion value.
