General technical training of self-made laparoscopic surgery simulator
Minimally invasive surgery is known as the main melody of surgical progress all over the world in the 21st century. Laparoscopic technology will be the general technology that every surgeon must grasp. This technology has an inevitable learning curve. How to grasp this technology as soon as possible is particularly important. The author made a simple laparoscopic surgery simulator for general technical training, and discussed and summarized a set of practical, simple and effective training methods. It provides a convenient way for surgeons to practice and improve the special training of laparoscopy.
Making laparoscopic surgery simulator
1. Material preparation
(1) notebook computer;
(2) webcam (HD comes with multiple LED lights, which can adjust the height and direction freely);
(3) waste laparoscopic instruments (separation forceps, grasping forceps, scissors, needle holder, etc.);
(4) instant noodle carton (2 holes are punched on the top, and the leaf doors are cut on both sides to facilitate the placement and replacement of materials and provide natural light);
(5) required items: ① soybeans, mung beans, rice grains, peanuts ② grapes, cooked eggs ③ disposable small paper cup, syringe needle, infusion tube ④ foam plate, gauze block, needle and thread, etc;
(6) download and install "universal camera driven Chinese version amcap" online and create its desktop shortcut (the software can capture dynamic video images and static images, adjust the video size to full screen, and has the functions of video recording and playback).
2. Equipment connection
(1) turn on the computer, connect the camera, put the camera in the carton with its back to the operator, turn on the LED light, and adjust the position, focal length and brightness of the camera through the day page door.
(2) open "amcap" to display in full screen, and record, retain and playback the operation process at the same time.
