2. Prohibited on ischemic or necrotic tissues;

3. It is forbidden on main blood vessels that lack proximal or distal control.

VIII. Instructions for arc cutting stapler use:

How to use the disposable arc stapler (PHX-A-45 type);

2. Perform a grip action according to Figure to make the movable handle move backwards to about half of the movable range. The movable handle does not reset when the hand is released. At this time, the tissues in the stapler cartridge and the staple seat can be adjusted appropriately. The position between them makes the organization properly placed, and the organization has no overlap. After adjusting the tissue, you can continue the gripping action, so that the movable handle is pressed to the final position, and a "click" can be heard. At this time, the stitched tissue is compressed between the staple cartridge and the staple seat, and the movement is released. The handle and the movable handle automatically return to the open position, as shown in the figure: but the sutured tissue has been clamped by the staple seat and staple cartridge.

4. The movable handle is locked, completing the suture cutting process.

5. Press the reset button, the movable handle will automatically pop up, return the positioning button, and exit the stapler.
