II. Single use trocar performance:

Hereinafter referred to as laparoscopic trocar. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using this product.

The laparoscopic trocar is used as a laparoscopic surgical instrument. The pneumoperitoneum should be established first, and then a 5~12mm skin incision should be made at a suitable position on the abdomen. Fix the laparoscopic trocar by hand at an appropriate angle on the abdomen after the pneumoperitoneum is raised. Through the skin incision, press down the top of the trocar with the palm of your hand and insert the trocar into the skin incision. When the trocar enters the abdominal cavity, immediately remove the puncture cone to form a working channel, and then insert the laparoscope/instrument for observation and observation.

III.Single use trocar main structure:

The laparoscopic trocar is mainly composed of a sealing cap, a locking fixed cap, a gas injection valve, a sleeve, a puncture cone, a gas choke valve and a self-adjusting sealing cap.

Among them: the sealing cap, the locking fixed cover, the gas injection valve, the sleeve, and the puncture cone are made of PC material, and the gas choke valve and the self-adjusting sealing cap are made of silicone material.

IV.The scope of single use trocar :

The laparoscopic trocar is used to puncture human abdominal wall tissue during laparoscopic examination and surgery to establish a working channel for abdominal surgery.

VI.Single use trocar contraindications:

It cannot be used for neonatal patients, and pregnant women should use it with caution.

VII.Single use trocar instructions for use:

1. Before using this laparoscopic trocar, it is recommended to establish a pneumoperitoneum first, and then make a skin incision in the abdominal cavity that is large enough to accommodate the size of the cannula. One way to ensure that the skin incision is large enough is to press the outer tube of the trocar against the body wall to produce a circular mark, and then cut the diameter of the mark appropriately to accommodate the entry of the cannula, such as a 5mm puncture. The diameter of the casing needs to be increased by 2mm. Note that a small incision may cause the puncture cannula to receive skin resistance, increase the puncture force, and reduce the surgeon's control of the puncture cannula during puncture.

2. Fix the puncture cannula at an appropriate angle on the abdomen after the pneumoperitoneum is raised. Disposable puncture sleeves are sharper than reusable trocars, and therefore generally require less force during insertion. But be careful: Insufficient pneumoperitoneum, insufficient skin incision, or excessive force may increase the risk of harming internal organs.

3. Before the puncture cannula is introduced through the skin incision, the puncture cone is inserted into the puncture cannula.

4. Press down on the top of the puncture cannula with the palm of your hand. At the same time, keeping the pressure on the handle constant, insert the disposable puncture cannula into the skin incision. Apply continuous downward pressure during the entry of the puncture cannula.

5. Once the puncture cannula has entered the abdominal cavity, care must be taken not to reapply force to the puncture cannula. If the surgeon believes that the puncture cannula is already in the abdominal cavity, the puncture cone should be removed immediately and inserted into the laparoscope for observation.

6. If the puncture is not completed, repeat steps 3-5.

7. If the puncture incision is 10mm or larger after surgery, the deep fascia should be closed to reduce the risk of incisional hernia through sutures.

8. After the puncture is successful, before using the endoscopic instrument, apply a medical lubricant on the surface of the endoscopic instrument or the sealing ring of the trocar to reduce resistance and make the operation more convenient and faster.

VIII.Single use trocar  maintenance and maintenance methods:

1. Storage: The laparoscopic trocar should be stored in a room with a relative humidity not greater than 80%, well ventilated, and no corrosive gas.

2. Transportation: The well-packaged products can be transported by normal tools, and should be handled with care during transportation to avoid direct sunlight, severe collisions, rain and gravity squeezing.

IX.Single use trocar expiry date:

After the laparoscopic trocar is sterilized by ethylene oxide, the sterilization period is three years, and the expiration date is shown on the label.
