Instructions for use of anorectal stapler

Operation guide of pph stapler:

During the operation, the patient usually adopts the folding knife position or the lithotomy position. Slowly insert the introducer together with the anal expander into the patient's anus.

Fix the anal expander with sutures to prevent movement during surgery;

Insert the stitcher and apply a purse to the hemorrhoid mucosa with its help. It should be noted that after sewing a window, you need to pull out the stitching device, and then insert the suture bag after external rotation, instead of directly rotating in the anorectal;

When the purse is punched, the needle hole is the needle hole for the next needle, which can better traction the sagging mucosa;

Fully unscrewed PPH stapler;

Put the stapler into the anus and cross the purse, tighten the purse string and tie the knot on the middle pole of the nail seat;

With the help of the wire hook, hook the ends of the purse string from the two diagonal nail bin openings, gently pull the end of the purse string, and drag the prolapsed mucosa into the nail bin;

At the same time, turn the adjustment knob of the PPH stapler to close, and when you hear a click, it indicates that the pointer has entered the green area;

When the pointer enters the middle of the green zone, the scale 4 on the staple cartridge should be aligned with the edge of the anal expander;

When the pointer is in the middle of the green zone, it must be maintained at about 30, so that the device can better squeeze the tissue and give the tissue fluid drainage time;

Remove the external insurance, the quick grip can complete the firing at one time, and it can be maintained for 15 to 30 seconds after firing;

Rotate the adjusting knob half a turn to 3/4 turn, slowly take out the stapler;

Check whether the pad cutter ring is completely cut off, and check the sample excised in the staple cartridge;

With the help of the stitching device, the stitch line can be checked for a week to check for bleeding.
