Operation steps of purse stapler
1. Put the tissue to be placed with purse string into the occlusal mouth of the instrument. If there is a gap in the suture tissue on the side of the occlusal mouth, it must be placed in the middle;
2. Start firing, hold the handle of the purse stapler until it is locked, and hold it for 10 ~ 15 seconds, so that the tissue can adapt to the pressure of the purse stapler;
3. Take out the two purse strings from the hole respectively, tighten the two purse strings and lap them to make the purse stringswrap the tissue tightly;
4. The proximal edge of the instrument can be used as the cutting line, which can ensure that the purse line is kept at an appropriate distance from the broken end;
5. Open the instrument buckle;
6. Inserting the nail butting seat of the stapler into the tissue with the purse;
7. Tie two purse strings at the groove of the purse knot of the nail butting base again, and trim the excess tissue at the same time.
