Tubular stapler's operation steps

1. Rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise, open the nail butting seat and take out the protective sleeve;

2. Rotate counterclockwise until you see the built-in red knotted area. Pull out the nail butting seat and rotate the knob clockwise to fully integrate the built-in puncture device into the stapler body;

3. Place the removed buttress base into one end of the lumen to be anastomosed that has undergone purse string suture, tighten the purse string suture at the knotting groove of the buttress base, and trim the edge of excess tissue;

4. Put the stapler body into the other end of the stapler lumen, rotate the knob counterclockwise to make the head of the built-in puncture device break through the closed lumen until the red knot area at the back of the puncture device is seen;

5. Put the head and tail of the top "mushroom" into the stapler body, insert the puncture head into the stapler body, and push it inward until you hear a crisp "click", adjust the tissue tube, and turn the knob clockwise to close the stapler;

6. Tighten the stapler until the red pointer in the safety indicator window enters the green safety area;

7. Confirm that the nail butting base is in place and the red indicator pin of the safety indicator window is within the green range. Turn on the red safety switch. At the same time when the sewing nail is fired, the ring knife first pushes the tissue to the nail cushion, and the crisp fracture sound when the knife ring is cut off by the blade. At the same time, the sewing nail penetrates the B-shaped suture of the tissues on both sides, indicating that the anastomosis has been completed;

8. Reset the switch, rotate 270 degrees counterclockwise, rotate the body gently left and right for 90 degrees, shake gently while rotating, and carefully exit the stapler until it is completely removed;

9. Check whether the removed part of the tissue is intact, whether the knife cushion ring is cut off, and whether there is needle leakage at the suture part. If there is, manually suture the leakage in time.
