Materials
See Table 3 for the materials of stapler and main parts of assembly.
Staples
Staples shall be made of materials specified in Table 3. The chemical composition of TA2 or TC4 materials shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 13810-2007.
The tensile strength of staple material shall not be less than 240mpa.
Cutter
The cutting knife shall be made of the materials specified in Table 3, and its chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 3280-2007
The cutting edge shall be sharp and the cutting force shall not be greater than 0.8N.
The hardness of the cutter shall not be less than 377hv0 2.
Components
For separately packaged components, the nail bin cover shall be easily removed and the assembly shall be stable.
After the components are swung, the staples shall not be exposed to the surface of the nail bin.
The firing fuse on the component shall be in the position to be fired.
The replacement of components on the stapler shall be convenient, reliable and firm.
The separately packaged components installed on the adapter stapler shall have good anastomotic and cutting performance: install the components on the adapter stapler for anastomotic cutting, and it shall be easy to push the push button by hand during anastomotic cutting; The cutting edge after kiss cutting shall be neat and free of burrs; The anastomotic length is at least 1.5 times longer than the cutting length; The anastomotic nails after anastomosis shall be staggered in parallel and arranged in a straight line without missing nails; The staples shall be shaped into a "B" shape.
