The disposable syringe is composed of coat, core rod, rubber plug, cone head, hand and cone head. The scope of application of the product is matched with the disposable injection needle for subcutaneous, muscular, intravenous injection of liquid medicine, blood or drug dissolution.

It's usually polypropylene, which is PP, and it's usually medical grade, and it's certified. However, as far as I know, not all hospitals use medical grade PP raw materials in the strictest sense. Syringe manufacturers will also decide the quality of materials according to the size and grade of hospitals. This material should be available

1. Multiple sterilization options (high pressure, hot steam, ethylene oxide, gamma ray, electron beam).

2. Transparency and gloss.

3. Superior rigidity and impact resistance balance minimum distortion.

4. Good impact resistance at low temperature.

Only in this way can we meet the needs of materials made with disposable syringes.

Generally, 2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml or 20 ml syringes are used, occasionally 50 ml or 100 ml syringes are used for intradermal injection

Syringes can be made of plastic or glass and usually have a scale indicating the volume of liquid in the syringe. Glass syringes can be sterilized with autoclaves, but because plastic syringes are cheaper to dispose of, modern medical syringes are mostly made of plastic, which further reduces the risk of blood-borne diseases. Reuse of needles and syringes is associated with the spread of diseases, particularly HIV and hepatitis, among intravenous drug users.

Needleless syringe introduction

Scientists have developed a new way to inject drugs without the need for a needle, using a high-speed, high-pressure injector to inject drugs through the skin. This approach could one day put an end to today's painful injections.

Scientists unveiled the needlesless syringe on May 26. Much like the injection device in the movie Star Trek, it can inject various doses of drugs into the skin at different depths in a pre-programmed manner. The innovative syringes could be a hit with patients suffering from "needle phobia" as they are painless. Often, such patients do not even get vaccinated because of a fear of needles.
