The use of anoscope disposable

Notes on the use of anoscope disposable
1. Wear gloves or finger covers on the right hand and apply lubricating fluid. First, conduct finger examination around the anus to check whether there are masses, tenderness, verrucous objects and external hemorrhoids around the anus.
2. Test the tightness of the anal sphincter muscle. Normally, only one finger can be extended and the anal ring can be contracted, and the anal and rectal ring can be touched behind the anal canal;
3. Check the rectal wall for tenderness, fluctuation, mass and stenosis, and determine the size, shape, position, hardness and activity when touching the mass;
4. The anterior wall of rectum is 4 ~ 5cm away from the anal edge. The prostate can be touched in men and the cervix can be touched in women.
5. According to the requirements, double diagnosis examination should be performed if necessary;
6. After pulling out the finger, observe the fingertip for blood or mucus.
