The lower gland 3-4 is provided with an installation pressing column 3-4-1 and a support ring 3-4-2, which are used to support the shaped casing elastic sealing cap 3-1. The gas seal cap 5 adopts a conical seal cap, which is made of elastic soft material, and is gas seal. An air injection valve 6 is installed on one side of the puncture casing seat 2-1, and an air injection switch 7 is installed on the air injection valve 6, which is also equipped with an air inlet and an exhaust port. The air injection valve 6 is connected with the air source through a pipe. During the operation, the air is injected into the cavity of the punctured surgical patient through the air valve 6 to form an pneumoperitoneum, which is convenient for the operation. The outside of the puncture sleeve 2-2 is provided with a ventilation groove 2-3, which extends forward to the front of the puncture sleeve 2-2 along the axial direction of the puncture tube and passes through the wire binding groove. Two wire binding grooves 2-4 are arranged around the front end of the puncture sleeve 2-2.

A check valve 9 is installed at the lower part of the puncture casing seat 2-1, and the air outlet of the check valve is connected with the ventilation groove 2-3 on the outside of the puncture tube. The sealing gland of the sealing patch 10 is on the outside of the ventilation groove 2-3 of the puncture sleeve 2-2, and the inner side of the sealing patch 10 is provided with an air transmission groove 10-4, so that the ventilation groove 2-3 forms a gas transmission channel. One end of the sealing patch 10 is provided with a fixing block 10-1, which is inserted and fixed at the bottom of the check valve 9, and the other end of the sealing patch 10 is provided with a wiring groove 10-2 and an air outlet 10-3 corresponding to the front end of the puncture tube, which is convenient for wiring and fixing the airbag, and supplies air to the airbag 11 through the air outlet 10-3. The sealing patch 10 is pasted or ultrasonically welded with the sealing gland on the outside of the ventilation groove 2-3 of the puncture sleeve 2-2, so that the ventilation groove 2-3 forms a gas transmission channel. The air bag 11 is installed at the front end of the puncture sleeve 2-2 and fixed on the periphery of the binding groove 2-4 by binding. The air outlet 10-3 set by the sealing patch 10 delivers compressed air to the air bag 11 and inflates the air bag 11. The positioning ring 8 is set with the puncture sleeve 2-2. During the operation, when the puncture sleeve 2-2 is inserted into the patient's cavity, the one-way valve 9 inflates the air bag 11 through the ventilation slot 2-3 and the air outlet hole on the sealing patch 10. After the air bag 11 is full of air, adjust the position of the positioning ring 8, clamp the puncture device on the patient's cavity tissue through the positioning ring 8 and the air bag 11 set on the puncture sleeve 2-2, and will not shake, so as to facilitate the surgical instruments to perform surgery.

When the operation is completed, close the gas injection valve 6, open the gas injection switch 7, inflate the cavity, and then press the valve core of the check valve 9 to discharge the gas filled in the airbag 11, and then take out the puncture sleeve 2-2 from the cavity wall of the patient. The one-way valve 9 is a one-way gas injection valve. The one-way valve 9 has a valve body 9-1, a valve seat 9-2, a valve core 9-3, a sealing ring 9-4 and a spring 9-5. The sealing ring 9-4 is installed on the valve core 9-3, and the spring 9-4 presses the valve core 9-3 and the sealing ring 9-4 against the valve seat 9-2 of the valve body to realize one-way sealing. The air inlet of the valve body is connected with the gas injection pipe and the compressed air source. The air bag 11 is made of elastic soft film material.
