Therefore, in the actual operation process, the image lacks three-dimensional sense, and it is easy to produce errors when judging the distance, resulting in uncoordinated mirror operation process. Moreover, because the operating area is locally enlarged, the instrument can only observe the local part. When the surgical instrument is replaced or the surgical instrument is greatly moved out of the field of vision, inexperienced people often can not find the instrument. We call it "loss" of intraoperative instrument. At this time, it is only possible to find the instrument and guide the instrument to the surgical site by reversing the camera and changing the large field of vision. However, frequently changing the extension direction and length of the instrument can easily cause damage to other tissues and organs of the patient.
Therefore, the actual operation process of laparoscopic surgery is still difficult, and grass-roots hospitals often select excellent surgeons for further study. Many doctors often lose their basic skills due to the lack of "fast operation" during the operation, such as the lack of "fast operation" and the lack of basic skills during the operation. In addition, at present, the contradiction between doctors and patients is intensified and the relationship between doctors and patients is complex. In the traditional medical training mode of "master with apprentice", it is more difficult for "master" to let the "Apprentice" practice. In view of this, in the process of clinical teaching, we used laparoscopic simulation trainer to train the basic operation specifications of minimally invasive surgery. In the later actual operation, it was found that the technical level of trained refresher doctors was significantly improved.
